Les humains ont utilisé des bijoux pour un certain nombre de raisons différentes :
-functional, generally to fix clothing or hair in place
-as a marker of social status and personal status, as with a wedding ring
-as a signifier of some form of affiliation, whether ethnic, religious or social
-to provide talismanic protection (in the form of amulets)
-as an artistic display
-as a carrier or symbol of personal meaning such as love, mourning, or even luck
In our class, we made jewellery for fun. We use wood cubes and flowers, feathers, bees, paint and some wire accessories. I must say that I was very surprised with all that came out. We are not in this classroom to prove our skills but judge for yourself from these pictures. We are awesomely good. I think our moms are proud and very happy to wear some of them.
